architecture+ coordinated and designed the finishes for all of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment on this project. We selected a warm earthy palette to contrast the sparse architectural elements of the building.

Bold Colors
Textured finishes and bamboo were used where visitors and occupants can best appreciate them; underfoot and underhand. Bold accent colors are used on structural elements to highlight the integration of the structural system and the building envelope.

Fast-Track Schedule
The structure is steel framed with a masonry exterior. This project was completed on a fast-track schedule with construction cost of $7.4 million.
"Creating a functional and attractive centerpiece for the campus was the goal for our new administration building. architecture+ helped transform our campus with thoughtful, functional and creative design."
