Rachel is passionate about the ability of design to improve lives and has proved to be an ideal fit for the firm. Although she works on a variety of projects, her primary responsibility is as the designer for our state-wide renovations of residences for those with developmental disabilities. These projects focus on life safety and  improvements to the quality of life for the residents.
