Impacting SUNY New Paltz's Residential Community
Posted onOur team was thrilled to celebrate the success of Awosting Hall with members of the SUNY New Paltz community, DASNY, and Consigli Construction. This $38 million project included renovations and upgrades to enhance the student experience as well as vertical expansion through the addition of a fourth floor to increase capacity by 79-beds. Awosting is the fourth residence we have completed on the Peregrine Quad. Mohonk Hall will complete the 5-building Quad renovations. It is slated for a Spring 2024 construction start.
