architecture+ Honored with Design Award

architecture+ is pleased to announce that we received an Institutional Award of Merit from the American Institute of Architects Eastern New York Chapter for the Dutch Quad Residence Halls, Health Services Renovations on the uptown University at Albany campus.
Awards were presented on July 27 at the Jericho Drive-In. Our award appears at 30:35 in the video presentation. Jury comments included “This project brings new life to an already impressive building.” The comprehensive rehabilitation consisted of renovations to the existing residence halls and the transformation of the existing dining facility into a campus Health & Counseling Services center.
We thank our clients, the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York and The University at Albany, for trusting us to design this exciting and innovative project that recently received LEED Gold certification.
