"...Saratoga's new public library, a model of sensitivity to the area's tradition and to human comfort."

We are constantly seeking out new models of library settings and expanding our knowledge in programming and technical advances. We are regular participants and speakers at the New York Library Association's annual conference. Because of our meaningful involvement, we provide a range of comparative options not normally encountered in design services.
We are also familiar with the economic, funding and regulatory issues that affect a public library and understand the intricacies of dealing with complex capital projects. We are well versed regarding codes, regulations and procedures during the review processes and well seasoned at ushering a project through local and state channels.
Our areas of library expertise include:
- new design, addition and renovation
- adaptive reuse
- master planning
- feasibility studies
- comparative studies
- grant application support
- construction documents
Our design for the Saratoga Springs Public Library received an Honor Award from the Capital District Masonry Institute and an Award of Merit from the American Concrete Institute, Eastern NY Chapter.
Our conversion of a church and school complex into the Cohoes Public Library received a Merit Award from the American Institute of Architects, Eastern New York Chapter.
