We redesigned a former resort to serve as a new integrated campus community for Samaritan Village, Inc. Samaritan Village is a private not-for-profit corporation that provides treatment for drug and alcohol abuse. The facility will provide housing for 228 clients along with new administrative, program, recreation and dining facilities. The project also includes the design of new roadways, parking, landscaping and site utilities. Construction cost for the project is estimated at $16 million.
