This late 19th century mansion is located in a listed historic district. Built as a large, single-family home, it has been used for decades by several colleges as a dormitory and an administrative building. This project involved significant interior reconstruction that replaced all of the building systems and finishes.

We designed the interior and exterior renovations and selected all of the furnishings to meet the needs of a contemporary office environment while respecting the existing historic spaces and detailing. Historically important spaces on the first floor were restored for public reception and meeting spaces.
