The SUNY Oneonta Home Economics building was no longer meeting the needs of the college. After completing a Utilization Study, we provided services from programming to design and construction for this 70,000 square foot building. It now contains classrooms, laboratories, offices, a lecture hall, greenhouse and a licensed day care center.
This $9.6 million project significantly rearranged and completely renovated the interior of the building. The exterior was also extensively altered to support the new image desired by the College.
