The Plum Building houses administration services at the historic Russell Sage College campus. We were retained to restore the building's exterior.
The Ferry Street Mall connects First and Second Streets. We reconfigured this area to create more open space. We designed the landscaping to preserve historic trees and other plantings and recreated historic fencing to define the campus edges and introduced interesting iron detailing. This detailing complements the Victorian-style buildings that are predominant on the campus.
