We designed the interior renovation of two gourmet food and gift markets at the New York State Thruway Service Plazas. Each includes a delicatessen, bakery and coffee bar.
We also developed a prototypical approach for upgrades to existing gift shops. Work included a reconsideration of the merchandising plan and a wholesale reorganization of the shops, including provision of new layouts, fixtures, finishes and lighting.
