We rehabilitated the interior of this building and replaced interior finishes and mechanical-electrical systems. Deteriorated brick on the upper story was replaced by a new decorative masonry frieze. Our design for the ground floor accommodates visitors' needs for easy access to medical offices, conference facilities and sales personnel. We arranged the second and third floors in an open space plan to maximize the available area and create flexibility.
