Ross Valve Company is redeveloping a 15 acre site in the City of Troy for adaptive reuse as a technology park and for space to expand their advanced machining operations. In addition to Ross Valve Company, the Park will serve as incubator space for new technology companies. The site contains a number of historic buildings as well as more contemporary manufacturing buildings and warehouse space.
architecture+ is designing the renovations for over 100,000 square feet of space. This includes the redevelopment of historic buildings for contemporary computer-intensive office uses as well as redeveloping traditional manufacturing spaces for advanced machining, packaging, shipping and warehousing.
