Francis Murdock Pitts, president of architecture+ of Troy, was appointed to the American Institute of Architects' National Convention Curriculum Committee.
Pitts has been a member of the AIA since 1981 and served as President of the organization's Academy of Architecture for Health. The AIA promotes the general advancement of the Art and is the voice of the architecture profession in the U.S.
architecture+ is widely recognized for the planning and design of behavioral healthcare facilities in the U.S. and Canada, but focuses its Capital District practice on problem-solving and design services for not-for-profit and institutional clients.
