Transformation of residence hall
The rehabilitation of buildings G & H consists of renovations to the residence halls on the first, second, and third floors and the transformation of the existing dining facilities on the lower level into the new home of the Campus Health, Counseling, and Wellness Center.

Campus Health Services
The 75,000 square foot facility accommodates 21 exam rooms, a pharmacy, provider offices, and 21 counselling offices. Multipurpose spaces support group therapy and wellness initiatives on campus.

Academic Student Success Center
An Academic Student Success Center and vending café is located on the central first floor area to introduce social collaborative space while creating a supportive academic environment on the Dutch Quad.

Improved livability
The residential spaces were reconfigured to accommodate laundry on each floor with four bedroom suite-style housing. A total of 171 beds are provided between the Beverwyck and Schuyler residence halls. A variety of lounges have been incorporated into the design with interior windows to allow natural light to transmit into the residential floors. Finishes and building systems were upgraded to improve livability.

LEED Gold
This project received LEED Gold certification through the use of new high performance windows; sustainable, local, and recycled finish materials; energy efficient LED light fixtures; water use reducing plumbing fixtures; energy efficient HVAC systems; enhanced commissioning; increased thermal comfort; and increased indoor air quality.
"This project brings new life to an already impressive building."
