architecture+ worked with Cresa Albany, the tenant representative for the Center for Rheumatology, to design the interior fit-up of 15,000 square fee of existing space for the relocation of this medical practice.
The Center for Rheumatology wanted a welcoming and soothing environment of care to serve their patients. We created a smart and logical floor plan to accommodate patient wayfinding and efficient staff workflow.
The reception and waiting area is bright and welcoming while affording privacy for patient check-om and check-out areas. The clinical space includes exam and consultation rooms as well as space for the director, pharmacist, and research staff. The testing and diagnostics area offers includes a phlebotomy lab, infusion stations, x-ray, and dexa and ultrasound spaces. Additional space includes offices for the business and support staff as well as a secure area for medical records.
